We are a leading manufacturer of PVC Flag Profile (PVC flat strip with a hole). This Flag profile is made from virgin prime PVC raw material, in compliance with RoHS / ELV quality norms. This PVC Flag profile has a pipe along with a plain strip at one side. It can be made semi-rigid to extremely soft, as per client’s requirement and fitment. PVC Flag Profiles are crackless / tearless and have high tensile / elongation properties, to best suit the end application with years of service life. We are into manufacturing of PVC Flexible Strips / Profiles and D-Shaped Flexible Strip is part of this product-line, in-vogue with primarily geyser manufacturers for over a decade. These D-Shape Flexible Strips are used as a designer contrast piece to the Hot Water Geyser, to hide the Joints in the Geyser body Plastic / Metal Housing (outer). At one side, it gives a colour contrast look to the geyser, whereas on the other hand, it act as a binding tie for the Geyser body housing and at the same time, hiding the joints screws of the joint. This is a Non-Adhesive PVC Strip / Tape and is either wrapped on the geyser housing by industrial glues or through nut bolting on the backside. By default, these D-shaped PVC Strip / Profiles are RoHS Compliant and are made using Heat-Resistant in--house formulated PVC material.
This standard D-Shape PVC Strip / Profile can be used for similar applications or products like in footwear industry, as bag handle for poly-bags, as decorative lining piece in machinery / household articles, etc.
