Our manufactured extruded PP Tubes are extensively used in I.V. Cannula as its Needle Cover. This is a specially designed tube, with inner six orifices, forming Star Lumen inside, supplied in
cut form (both ends open) as per i.v. cannula body fitting size. We have the capability to produce up to approx. 500 pieces/minute of PP Tube Needle covers on our automated state-of-the-art extrusion line, without involving human touch from material loading to product packaging, as 1 Kg packing bags.

applications in diverse sectors like Pneumatics, agriculture, medical disposables, sports
equipments, beverage industries, toys and daily household articles. These are semi-flexible yet
rigid tubes, that are used in areas where following parameters are looked for:

 High Impact Resistance
 Accurate Dimensional Stability amp; sizing
 Clarity yet with sheen finish tube
 High operating temperatures from -20 o C to +100 o C
 Very High Tensile Properties, with low Elongations
 Chemical Resistance
 Food Grade by default (FDA 21 CFR raw material amp; RoHS compliance)

Colour : Natural Translucent / General Translucent or Opaque Colours
