PVC-NBR Tubing, manufactured at our end, is a unique blend of PVC polymer with NBR rubber,
in a pre-defined ratio (70:30, 60:40, etc), to achieve the goodness of both materials in a single
form. The specialized blend over-comes the short comings of both PVC and Rubber, and delivers
a much suited product in a cost-effective manner. These PVC-NBR Blend Tubings are primarily
targeted towards automotive segment, for auto fuel lines, high temperature applications like near
the engine hoses amp; tubes, air hoses, wire jacketing (sheathing amp; insulation), gasoline / petrol /
diesel lines, etc. Generally produced in between Shore 60A to 80A, depending upon usage and
client #39;s requirement. PVC-NBR Tubings are RoHS / ELV compliant.

These PVC-NBR Tubings offer the following benefits over conventional PVC or Rubber Tubings:

TPR Tubings are focused on automotive, sports and household article sectors, where a more
reliant and cost-effective replacement for rubbers / silicones tubings and improvement over PVC
flexible tubings are looked for, to better suit the application area. TPR Tubings have all rubber
like properties, with better ozone resistance, dimensional stability, crack-less and equally chemical
resistance properties as that of PVC. On the same hand, TPR tubings are kink-free (fatigue
resistance), without memory effect, highly flexible, outstanding compression set and with extreme
cold flex properties, as advantageous over conventional PVC Tubings. TPR Tubings are also
lighter in weight than PVC and Rubber Tubings, owing to their lower specific gravity of base
material (Generally SBS based). TPR Tubings are RoHS / ELV compliant by default.
